Keeping everything working in the building is a challenge.  If you ever wonder whether a problem has been reported, or is being worked on, check out the current list of maintenance items in the table below.

Compensating chain from car to counterweight misisng a bracket to guide the chain.   This results in the chain banging agains the side of the car between MB and 1st floor when travelling up and down. 19.01.16 Otis Superviser to give TK date when Engineering firm can schedule for bracket to be analysed to replace.  Bracket must be removed and taken to Engineers.  Then replaced while new one manufactured or ordered.  Otis has advised that downtime of the lift will be approx 1.5 days.
